If you aren’t satisfied please notify us immediately at email@example.com (no later than 10 days after receipt) for an exchange or a full refund made to your original form of payment. We will provide you with a printable return slip.
Merchandise may be returned for store credit (via emailed gift card code) within 11- 30 calendar days of the receipt of your order. Simply notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will provide you with a printable return slip and a store credit will be issues once the items are inspected and approved. If you are exchanging an item for sizing or color, within 11-30 calendar days of receipt, notify us via e-mail within that time frame at email@example.com and once your return is approved we will send out the new size or color item of the same item. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, due to the small size of our store, we can’t offer you a refund, credit or exchange. We truly appreciate your understanding.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached. Items that appear to have been worn, have stains, pet hair, or smell of smoke, etc. will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or exchange, and may be returned to you at your expense. If an item is defective please e-mail us with a photo of the defect at firstname.lastname@example.org.

To Make a Return
- E-mail us at email@example.com and refer to the policy above to ensure your return qualifies.
- Print the form we e-mail to you.
- Once your package is received, please allow 5-7 days for processing your return. Feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions during the process.
- Once processed, a gift card code will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, if the return is made after 10 days. If made before 10 days we will direct your refund to the initial form of payment.
Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
When approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible, if we were notified of the return within 10 days of the original delivery, and it is returned to us promptly. (If we are notified of a return 11-30 days after it is received we will send you a store credit to the email used for the initial purchase, see below.)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received your store credit- please check your Spam or Junk mail. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)Only regular priced items may be exchanged or returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, and are FINAL sales.
Collection Item ReturnsIf items were purchased as part of a discounted collection, you will receive a full refund at the discounted price less the difference between the item you are keeping and its original price. The same timelines, refund to original payment if notified of the return within ten days of receipt, or store credit if returned within 11-30 days of receipt, will apply.
Exchanges (if applicable)If you need to exchange it for the same item, such as for a different size, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receipt of your item and send it to: PO Box 5937, Denver, CO 80217-0009, United States. These items are imported from Scandinavia and as such we do not carry a large inventory, we will let you know if we can obtain the different size, if not we will refund you purchase to the original form of payment.
If you feel you have received a defective or incorrect item, notify us immediately (within a week of receipt) by sending a photo of the defect or the incorrect item to email@example.com) and we will arrange for a refund/exchange/return as appropriate.
If we make an error and send you the incorrect item, we apologize, and ask that you return the incorrect item promptly. We will send out the correct item right away. If the incorrect item is not returned we will charge you for the item sent to you in error.
GiftsPlease make sure you mark the box “gift” for items being sent as gifts. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, they’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver as we process returns to the original form of payment.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
